Global Health Initiatives

The Ear, Nose, and Throat Foundation of Central Pennsylvania is dedicated to advancing humanitarian aid through education, research, and surgical care in underserved communities worldwide.  Ear, nose, and throat diseases that are routinely treated or managed in the United States often become chronic conditions—or even life-threatening—for those living in remote villages outside the Western world.  Since 2016, local physicians have developed ear, nose, and throat (ENT) education, and research initiatives in Ghana and Peru, while also performing life-changing surgeries in Peru, Ecuador, Ghana, Ukraine, and Zimbabwe. Their commitment remains strong and this organization seeks to support such local efforts to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations beyond the United States.

With the generosity of our donors, we work to provide life-saving surgical care to families in developing countries without access to ENT specialists, train local physicians to bolster their skills, supply hospitals with essential medical equipment, and collaborate with orphanages to enhance the well-being of at-risk children. We strive to expand our impact by establishing new clinics, broadening educational programs, and strengthening medical infrastructures to create lasting, sustainable change in the global communities we serve.
